✅Wk 6: learning & completing a 3 day fruit fast.
✅Wk 7: Adressing shadow work & inner child healing, also, learning & completing a 3 day juice fast
✅Wk 8: Shadow work, Gratitude, learning & doing a 3-5 day water fast
