If your nervous system is seeking safety and a slower, more compassionate approach to wellbeing, you’re in the right place.
-I am an IPHM-accredited sound healing therapist, a qualified teacher, and the creator of a restorative programme designed to support nervous system regulation. My practice includes the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and HAPI drum to create gentle, healing and restorative soundscapes.
-This space weaves together sound healing practices, guided meditations, and gentle journalling to help you reconnect, unwind, and feel supported.
