We follow the Primal Performance Protocol 2.0 – a simple, sustainable approach based on how human beings are evolutionarily designed to eat, move and live.
No calorie counting, or going hungry.
No long, punishing workouts.
Instead, we focus on real food, sensible exercise, walking, strength training, short HIIT sessions, mobility, sleep, recovery and stress management.
Members work towards 'The Primal Standard', with our ultimate benchmark being:
Cover 5 miles over rough terrain in 1 hour.
To be able to perform 5 x good quality Pull Ups.
To be able to perform 30 x good quality Primal Press Ups.
These aren't bodybuilding or athletic goals. They're practical standards that demonstrate good health, strength, fitness and physical capability.
