Over the last 4 years, my husband and I have spent a lot of time learning about peptides & the growing research surrounding them.

I created this space to bring everything together in one place so others can learn, stay organized, & have thoughtful conversations around this topic.

Inside this community we focus on:

• peptide education & research discussions

• understanding different categories & mechanisms of action of certain peptides

• tools & trackers to stay organized

• sharing studies & educational resources

• guidance on using our trusted research-use vendor

• access to a telehealth referral for those who prefer physician support
