Across ninety days, the program guides women through a staged somatic transformation that begins with nervous system safety, moves through embodied capacity, and ends in integrated self-trust. The method is designed specifically for high-functioning women of color who have learned how to perform strength so convincingly that the need for healing is often overlooked.
