Jiu Wu Tan Gong (九五坛功) is a living system of internal cultivation that develops clear awareness, stable presence, and embodied wisdom through direct practice. It is not religious ritual or mystical fantasy, but disciplined experiential training expressed through a modern path of cultivation.
Through structured training, practitioners naturally learn meditation while refining Qi, stabilizing the Dantian, regulating emotion, and grounding awareness in daily life. Practice integrates stillness training, internal body cultivation, breath refinement, intention alignment, and Qigong and Neigong methods that restore clarity without force.
The aim is not power display, but the awakening of the undivided heart-mind (一心), where stillness, strength, compassion, and natural wisdom arise. Jiu Wu Tan Gong is a path of return, embodiment, and living realization.
