The Impermanence Project
Calm mind. Strong effort. Zero attachment. Lego.
Life is a lot like a table full of Lego bricks.
We spend years building things — careers, relationships, plans, identities — carefully stacking the pieces into something that feels permanent.
But Lego teaches a simple truth: the build is always changing.
Pieces fall off. New ones get added. Sometimes the whole structure gets rebuilt.
Yet when something small goes wrong, our minds act like the entire build is ruined. One loose brick turns into a tower of stress.
This community is about learning to build differently.
You still show up. You still put in effort. But you stop treating every temporary piece like it’s glued in place.
Here we practice disciplined detachment — building with care while accepting that the design will change.
Not apathetic. Not passive. Just steady builders.
No lectures here. Just conversation. Everyone brings a brick that might help someone else see the build in a new way!
