I want you to know - you are not alone in this.
Inside this space, I share parts of my teachings, tools, and reflections to help you start understanding yourself and your relationship on a deeper level.

• understand your patterns (why you react the way you do)
• see how your past shapes your present
• shift how you interpret your partner and your relationship
• get small tools that can create real change
