The Boys Who Whistle

About six years in the making as my boys have been learning since they were toddlers on how to do communion with each other. The military taught me how to do yoga around 2014 after an injury. I began to implement that in my life to where I didn’t feel weird using it so I incorporated it my breath work and with my stretching/yoga and then with my children, we begin implementing meditation after the breath and stretching This led ultimately to a deeper meditation that we followed, directly afterwards which we built grounds for which we use for basically our mantras which is as follows, love, compassion, gratitude, knowledge, understanding, wisdom and ultimately protection we WHISTLE on the exhale. We sit by ourselves and meditate sometimes for an hour almost followed by AAR; (After action review)The boys love it and given their personality archetypes it really helps.
