The Bestie Hotline is a community of Besties supporting Besties. We know most people turn to a friend first when life gets hard — not a therapist or coach. Those conversations can be beautiful, but also heavy or confusing at times.

Here, we don’t pretend to have all the answers. Instead, we believe that when Besties come together, share their stories, and offer their collective wisdom, everyone is uplifted and helped.

Through weekly conversations, shared tools, and simple acts of care, we’re creating a movement that equips everyday “helpers of hearts” with emotional tools, healthy boundaries, and deep connection.

We’re building a space where empathy meets empowerment — because we’re all needed, and none of us are meant to do this alone.
