Studio 108 Ceramics
Join Pam in learning more about the world of wild clay, hand building ceramics and creative journaling in mindful moments of artistic expression.
Pam Gray is a ceramics artist, yoga instructor and writer living in the Perth hills, WA.
Drawing upon nature as her biggest inspiration, hiking, foraging mushrooms and seaweed to study and build in clay.
After being diagnosed with Endometriosis, she turned to the natural world and the relationship between art and science for healing, creating studies of plants, fungi and seaweeds. This combined field studies and microscopy with watercolour, lino printing and ceramic art in the hope of encouraging people back to the natural world.
Drawing on her years of experience as a qualified yoga teacher, She committed to almost 4 months of Sadhana, practicing daily yoga and mala meditations while forming a ceramic cup, and keeping a daily journal of mantra, poems and musings, published in May 2025.
Her 108 cups plus journal and other works were exhibited for three months at Mundaring Art Centre.
