This community was created by two dancers with over 10 years of experience, working in clubs across the UK and worldwide.

When we first started, we felt lost. We didn’t know how to approach customers, what to say, or how to maximise our time without feeling drained. Like many dancers, we learned through trial and error and it was exhausting.

So we began studying psychology, neuroscience, and sales techniques to better understand human behaviour and communication. Over time, we developed strategies that helped us work smarter, increase earnings, and protect our energy, while still creating a positive experience for customers and respecting our boundaries.

We created this course and community to help other women feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and supported. Our goal is simple: help you maximise your time in the club, earn more, avoid burnout, and stay in control.
