Sovereign Autonomy

Sovereign Autonomy is the emancipation and declaration from the experiences of s3xual assault. It says, I will not break. I am resilient, I am here, I am limitless, I am unstoppable in my pursuit to Love myself. No one takes that from me.

As a crusader, not a victim, from the experiences in my life, I am here to offer a save environment for women to unravel their past experiences while building the foundation for a connected self. Together we gently work on feeling safe in their bodies again, learning to trust themselves and others while finding a way back to joy and purpose. We discuss boundaries, how to uphold them along with what’s comfortable. The ability to say No to anyone or anything not in alignment with self is rewarding.

Bi-monthly group calls or one on one coaching sessions for a more private experience.

I am a facilitator of guidance, not a licensed therapist or counselor. This space is for women to unlearn, grow and become the person they need to be for themselves.
