A private supportive community for those questioning faith, deconstructing harmful religious beliefs, redefining spirituality and family identity.
For many, religion is source of comfort, but this was not my experience. I've created this community to help others who have endured trauma in a religious setting, to have a safe place to heal. I'm a counselor who has overcome addiction and mental health issues after leaving the Mormon/LDS faith. Now, I want to help others navigate their faith deconstruction and healing after negative religious experiences. We'll learn how to "re-parent" ourselves, explore our attachment styles and ways to improve our current relationships.
