Hi there! I'm Rebecca Peters, Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Vegan Lifestyle Coach. I've been teaching yoga and doing massage therapy in Columbia, Missouri since 2008, and this group is for curious yoga students, local and world-wide.
Each week I host a FREE 30-minute yoga class on Wednesday mornings 8-8:30 AM Central. Join us live or on the replay! We alternate weeks: Hatha Yoga, then Breathwork and Meditation!
Join our group for free access to our Wed classes, the free quarterly 5-day Sunrise Challenge, as well as replays for all of the free classes, and you can optionally upgrade to Premium or VIP for three additional weekly classes and/or personalized attention in 1-to-1 lessons.
