Hello everyone. My name is Tamara Patrick—mother of two grown men and “Mimi” to seven grandchildren. I am a faith-based, humor-laced, soul-deep transformational coach, author, speaker, and proud U.S. Army Veteran. I help women over 50 and soldiers transitioning out of the military step left, slide right, pivot with purpose, and walk away in style. I guide you to rise like a phoenix from the ashes—yes, even the ones you made.
