I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Navy Veteran that was drinking alot when I got out and was weighing 315 lbs I finally said I had enough hired a personal trainer and got into shape 1 year dropped almost 100 lbs was weighing 225 lbs I have since then added on more muscle so now sitting at 260. I have helped people lose weight and gain muscle from 128 to 185 pure muscle in 10 month period. I also meal prep weekly for using bad recipes and making them healthy. I can advised on diet changes, I also compete in strongman.
