Hi, I’m Jules! 👋 At nearly 57, I feel more alive, strong, and grateful than ever. I've been an avid athlete my whole life through running, strength training, cycling, and more. I’ve had finish-line highs and “hit the wall” lows that weren’t failures; they were teaching moments.
Metabolic Spanx is my way of taking everything I've learned—about training, nutrition, mindset, and aging well—and turning it into a fun, supportive home where we can grow stronger together as a community. My goal is for us all to firm up from the inside out: metabolism, muscles, and confidence through strength and resilient daily habits!
