I help young Engineers land their dreams jobs using my methods and system that have worked for myself and many others. After struggling through my own job search and eventually landing at John Deere, I have spent the last 7 years refining the methods that got me here, and that I've used to help others land their Engineering jobs as well.
I started at John Deere 7 years ago as a Mechanical Engineer. I have held many different software related roles since then. I have been an Embedded Software Engineer, a Software Systems Engineer, a Scrum Master, a Product Owner of Embedded Software Engineering teams, a Software Test Engineering Manager, and most recently a Software Development Enablement Lead for all of embedded software at Deere.
I am passionate about coaching, helping, guiding younger Engineers to advance their careers, land their dream jobs, and get off on the right foot wherever they end up landing.
