Innovation Network Alumni

Innovation Network has played a pivotal role in delivering structured innovation training across the UK Ministry of Defence, supporting over 700 personnel through the Innovation Fundamentals and Innovation Practitioner courses. Focused on real-world application, the training leverages Sprint methodologies to enhance rapid experimentation, strategic foresight, and adaptive thinking. The Certified Innovation Associate (CIA) program equips MOD personnel with tools to tackle complex defence challenges, from AI-driven maintenance to cybersecurity resilience. Over 35 capstone projects have already delivered measurable improvements in operational efficiency and decision-making. By embedding innovation capabilities across leadership, logistics, and strategic planning, Innovation Network is helping institutionalise a culture of innovation and equipping the MOD to imbed a culture of "Innovation by Instinct".
