I am a father of 3 boys and foster dad for 5 kids, i became a therapist 24 years ago not only to better myself, also for my family, then other people, learning holistic therapies helped set us up right for a happy healthy life, being able to be emotionally stable, greater confidence and self-belief, reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep and relaxation, freedom from limiting beliefs, a stronger sense of purpose and direction. I have international accreditation with international holistic medical practitioners #15557 i have a diploma in holistic counselling hypnotherapy and a diploma in life coaching, i use all three in my sessions and the courses online so i can give you the best of all,
