🌀 Each week, we share resources and ancient technologies, such as breathwork, movement, and meditation: each serving as anchors in connecting deeper with our body, mind, and spirit.
🌀 We align and attune with nature, her cycles, landscapes, and rhythms.
🌀 We learn from brilliant guest speakers, who have boldly paved the way for women to rise together.
🌀 Each year, we gather in person, to help us return to our truest nature.
