Fundamentals of Car Tuning

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Fundamentals of Car Tuning School hosted by Laborde Motorsport. I'm Joshua Laborde, I'm the owner and founder of the company. I'm a calibration engineer and software engineer now that works within the company and we're going to be going over the foundations of tuning, the foundations of what an engine is, ECUs, ECU tuning tools, diagnostic tools and all of the above.

Basically, you should be taking this course if you are interested in car tuning, interested in learning about how engines work and how computers actually control these engines and these systems are integrated.

You're going to be learning about how to actually develop your skills from just tinkering on cars as maybe a hobby or you're getting into an apprenticeship or starting to learn about working on your own project, to actually being about to change some cool parameters like boost, ignition timing, add some crackles and things like that to your car and more.
