Faith-Based Community where we find biblical answers for those stuck in health cycles—starting over again and again. We do this together.
For nearly fifteen years, I worked alongside an internal medicine physician, supporting lifestyle health workshops outside of his medical practice. During that time, I consistently saw people improve. Not everyone came to lose weight or lower blood pressure, yet each person experienced some level of positive lifestyle transformation.
We learned that when a disease has not run its full course, the body often responds within a focused forty-day period. But that was only the beginning. They maintained their health only when they weren’t left to manage their lifestyle change on their own. Transformation was sustained best in the community.
