Living with Functional Neurological Disorder can feel confusing, overwhelming, and often lonely. FND Together We Rise provides a space where you can find understanding, education, and real support.
Inside our community, you’ll gain access to clear, easy-to-understand education about the nervous system, helping you make sense of your symptoms, understand triggers, and learn how stress and nervous system responses can influence the body.
Our platform includes pre-recorded educational lessons, along with practical nervous system regulation techniques, meditation and mindfulness practices designed to help you manage symptoms, reduce stress, and build greater awareness of your body.
You won’t be navigating this journey alone. Members can join weekly live support sessions, a safe and supportive space to feel understood by others who truly get it.
