We focus on realistic habits, suitable movement, enrichment, and understanding the emotional side of care, recognising that health and wellbeing are shaped by everyday choices, not quick fixes.
Led by Paul Shepherd of CleverK9, the community provides ongoing support, short educational posts and videos, open discussion, and a safe place to ask questions and share experiences.
