This is Expansion Healing Membership Portal! Here we discuss and learn together about self-healing methods. Two main practices in this community are Shivambhu/Urine Therapy and the Self-Healing Dalian Method.

We practice methods that lead to healing on all levels - physical/mental/emotional/spiritual. We experiment, observe, share our discoveries and support the growth of all.
