I’ve gathered my wisdom the hard way as a two-time graduate of recovery, battling addiction ten years apart. My first spiral started after tragically losing my loving, generous mother far too soon. To avoid that dark reality, I threw myself into partying, using almost anything to escape.
More recently, I slipped again, becoming a closet alcoholic to what felt like the point of no return.
Today, I'm sober, and I finally know why I survived these trials. I’m here to share my hard knocks and lived experiences with anyone looking for answers, insights, or who is just curious about sobriety. I've found my passion in helping others. In this classroom, my goal is to give you the tools you need to heal, to love, and to build a better, cleaner, and deeply meaningful life.
