I’m Drake, a coach and personal trainer, and I built BFS30 so you have a space to lean on during your journey, ask questions, celebrate victories, and get advice from others who are working toward the same goals even if their paths look different than yours.
Inside BFS30, you’ll find community support where members share wins and encourage each other, education and training with programs, workouts, and nutrition guidance for real life, accountability tools like weekly resets and challenges to stay consistent, and motivation through peer engagement, challenges, and leaderboards.
