Betterment of Self-Study is designed to help you uncover limiting beliefs and transform old patterns, so you can attract greater abundance—not just in money, but in time, well-being, opportunities, love interests, career pathways, and meaningful connections.

Each week, we’ll gather on Zoom for an engaging session focused on gratitude, reflection, and goal-setting. These live gatherings are a chance to connect, share, and support one another in real time.

In addition, the classroom is filled with exercises, thought prompts, and creative activities to guide your personal self-study. You’ll have the space to explore your beliefs, visualize your abundance, and take practical steps toward living a richer, more balanced life—at your own pace.
