Here’s my story so far…
I discovered Bellydance 18 years ago when I found a wonderful teacher, it instantly resonated with me and I was determined to perform in her dance troupe. After a few years I was offered an opportunity to teach and I fell in love with it even more ✨
I have always been fascinated in how the mind works and the mind body connection.
My curiosity lead me to study EFT, Counselling & Hypnotherapy so I have a good understanding of the subconscious mind and how it affects our lives
EFT tapping can give such powerful shifts and it is so easy to learn and customise it to suit your needs.
My original vocation is hairdressing, a great profession, where we do so much more than just hair, what I like to call the chair of knowledge has played a big part on this journey 🦋
