The Ætheric Lifestyle is a framework for spiritual alchemy that consists of 27 lifestyle practices. These lifestyle practices are largely centered around mitochondrial and pineal health, that share a circular relationship. Through increased physical health (that stems from our direct connection to nature), we regulate the production of our naturally occurring psychedelics; that of endogenous DMT. Like all psychedelics, our E-DMT connects us to our subconscious and unconscious mind and this facilitates our deepest grounded shadow-work by degree, allowing for integration. With shadow-work as the bedrock for spiritual alchemy and Kundalini rising, we find our spiritual and health journeys to be completely intertwined.
