unattached academy is a grounded community for noticing relationship patterns and coming back into perspective.

this is a shared space to reflect, learn, and orient while navigating relationships, breakups, or moments of emotional confusion.

inside, you’ll find thoughtful prompts, reflections, and community conversations that help you step out of reactivity and reconnect with yourself at your own pace. participation is encouraged, but never required.

the community is currently free to join. once we reach 100 members, new members will join at $9 per month. early members keep free access.

deeper containers and more structured work are offered separately for those who feel ready for that level of commitment.
