Monday Morning Live: Every Monday at 06:50 AM (GMT) join me live for a yoga flow designed to start your week with clarity and intent.
Weekly Replays: If you can't make the live session, the recording is available in the Classroom for the rest of the week.
The Relaunch: In April, we officially transition to our full membership model at £46/pm, featuring our full library and enhanced wellness resources.
