Restorative Reset

A place to find community, encouragement, and healing from repeated exposure to trauma. First Responders, Physicians, Nurse's and many others who dedicate their lives to serving others are often the last to ask for help...and when we do we make the worst clients 😬 This community is a place for no-judgment support balanced nicely with sarcasm and "call like it is" realism.

Members are expected to share their WINS, no matter how small! As well as to ask questions and offer up stories, life experience and wisdom along the way.
