This community was created to solve a very real problem in the publishing world: finding legitimate, paid work without having to wade through scams, spam, and noise.

The Publishing Work Exchange is a professional exchange designed to connect publishing professionals: ghostwriters, editors, designers, formatters, VAs, and marketers, with real opportunities and real clients.

This is not a general discussion group, and it’s not Facebook.

Standards matter here.

We operate on a freemium model. Free members are welcome to post and chat, review announcements, and get a feel for how the Exchange works. Paid members get full access to promote services in designated areas, and actively participate in the community.

Paid access allows us to vet job posts, and maintain a scam-free environment.
