Mighty Fit Club is where I share the ways I care for myself with the support of people I call my Mighty Caregivers. Over the years, I’ve learned that caring for yourself is essential if you want to care well for others.
Mighty Fit Club is built around my 5 Pillars of Self-Care: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Resources. You’ll find dedicated Classrooms for each pillar filled with ideas, tools, challenges, and encouragement to help you care for yourself with kindness.
Whether you’re a caregiver, helper, family member, or simply someone looking to live a healthier and more balanced life, you’re welcome here.
My hope is that Mighty Fit Club will encourage and support your self-care journey so you can care for yourself and continue caring for others.
