My name is Shawn Rogers and I have been using mindfulness and intentionality to find my way Through starting my 40's. Cultivating mindfulness have help pull me out of a Life of depression, addiction, trauma, and mental illness, and I Am Now using what I have learned and Love swapping stories about Life.
