I’m Dr. Rebecca Fein, and I created this community because I know what it feels like to be told, “You don’t belong here.” Born with congenital nystagmus, bullied for being different, and told women don’t become doctors, I found my way to a doctorate in global health and 20+ years leading life-saving data initiatives.

Here, you don’t need a lab coat or permission—just curiosity, courage, and a willingness to act. Together, we turn fear into curiosity, confusion into clarity, and difference into strength.
