Six years ago, during COVID, I realized I couldn’t spend 8 hours a day working for a company I didn’t care about, making less than I knew I was capable of. I didn't know exactly what but I knew I wanted to build a business, travel, provide for my family, and create real freedom — but I didn’t want high-interest loans, draining my savings, or waiting years to save.

So I took the risk and went all-in on mastering credit and funding. Whatever business I was going to start, I knew it would require capital. I invested tens of thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours learning underwriting, sequencing, and how to get 400K+ at 0%.

I used those strategies to launch businesses, scale 7 Airbnb arbitrage units, and work on 8 flips — all without using my own money.

People kept asking how I was doing it, so I started teaching.
