Most people discover that friends and family don’t truly understand heartbreak. Here, you’ll find empathy, clarity, and real support. You never have to speak; you’re welcome to just listen.
We focus on healing from narcissistic abuse, betrayal, grief, and emotional trauma. You’ll also get resources, tools, and referrals (therapists, attorneys, movers, investigators).
All backgrounds are welcome. This is not therapy, but we can refer you to professionals if needed.
