Back to You: Moms, Art & Yoga

A no judgement space for moms to have a safe place to share, have and hold accountability while re/claiming our sense of autonomy and whole well being via community, yoga practices & art and creativity explorations. (Sometimes all at once.) Together, we’ll creatively redefine & reclaim self. We’ll rebuild and redefine as wanted and necessary.

We’ll make sure to keep our effect on the greater ripple beneficial to all by remembering and taking time and space for deep self care and reflection.

And we may laugh a little too.😝
