I wasted my time playing videos games all day, avoiding discomfort, and living with social anxiety and depression. I didn't respect the man I saw in the mirror, and as a result, no one else respected me either.
Everything changed when I finally committed to self-improvement. As I put in the work, I started developing the traits that make a man masculine. The way I saw myself changed, and over time people started seeing me differently too.
