The Performer’s Sanctuary is a free, public space for women in entertainment who want to perform with strength, energy and presence — without burnout, force or self-doubt.

I’m a professional performer and vocalist with decades of experience on stage. This space exists to share what truly sustains a life in performance: nervous system support, rhythm, ritual, embodiment, vocal care, strength, and simple practices that support longevity.

This is all about learning how to support your body, energy and voice so performance feels grounded and alive.

Inside the Sanctuary, we explore how to move beyond adrenaline and exhaustion and access presence — on stage and in everyday life. You’ll also find optional paid short courses for focused, self-paced support.

This community is free. For deeper structure and ongoing guidance, there is also a private paid membership.
