Starting out as a mechanic running my own mobile business, I quickly realised how expensive technical data platforms can be. Most of them are priced with large companies in mind, not independent mechanics who might only need occasional access to specific information. When subscriptions can cost close to £1,000 a year, it’s hard to justify for smaller operations.

That’s exactly why I’ve created this forum. The idea is simple: build a community where mechanics can share their experience, knowledge, and technical data with each other—without the high cost. By working together, we can make reliable information more accessible to everyone, especially the smaller, independent guys who keep the trade moving.
