Symbiosis Yoga Teacher Path

Hello dear yoga teacher,

This is a supportive space for new teachers navigating consistency, confidence, and clarity, especially if you’re unsure how to begin, structure classes, or support your students.

Most 200-hour trainings move fast, offering knowledge but little preparation for real teaching. Stepping out can feel overwhelming, lonely, and confusing. This community is here to support you; a space to ask questions, share, and grow together.

What’s FREE inside this community:

– A pre-recorded presentation video about pose categories, how to cue poses effectively and essentials of yoga sequencing.

– Monthly group calls, bi-monthly workshops and practice groups

– Community space for support and sharing

There is also an option for deeper support through 1: mentoring with me, if you feel called to more personal guidance - YACEP registered.
