Hi! I'm Monica and I'm glad you're here!

I'm a former engineer helping individuals engineer wellness into their lives, their businesses, and their spaces. My father taught me to meditate and reiki when I was about 8 years old. So I've come full circle now into the healing arts and I love blending east and west, the practical with the spiritual.

Come and meditate with me, celebrate, and join me in classes.

I'm here to build community, teach what I practice, and hold space for you. I love teaching and being in community so SKOOL was a natural fit.

Personally, I need structure in my days, accountability, and I'd like to have more fun (and SKOOL is fun!). And why not invite you to come along on this journey. As one of my mentors says, 'we heal in community' and another of my mentors shares that we learn so much about ourselves when we run our own business.

And as entrepreneurs, we tend to put our wellness last...so here's an opportunity to take care of yourself first.
