What is SecondChildHood Mens Lab?

This is a workshop for men who are starting to realize:

– “I keep abandoning myself to keep the peace.”

– “I’m the ‘nice guy’ but I’m quietly resentful.”

– “I fix everyone else and then collapse in private.”

We treat codependency, people-pleasing, and self-betrayal as patterns, not personal defects.

What we do here

– Break down emotional patterns in simple, practical language

– Run small “experiments” in real life (new boundaries, new responses)

– Share results and refine, like a lab—not a lecture

Ground rules

–No putting someone down to put yourself up

– No shaming, no “real men do X” talk

– No diagnosing other members

– Pro-men, not anti-women

– What’s shared here stays here
