Race Conversations is a professional learning and support community for teachers, administrators, social workers, and families who want to talk about race, identity, and belonging with children and youth clearly, confidently, and developmentally appropriately.

This community focuses on:

· Practical language for real-life school and home situations

· Responding to bias, questions, and microaggressions with care

· Supporting student well-being and identity development

· Building inclusive environments without blame or political debate

This is a learning-focused space, grounded in education, child development, and mental health—not ideology.
