This community is for middle-aged Jiu jitsu grapplers who want to stay in the sport they love for the long haul.
Yoga, mobility work, meditation, breath-work, mindset, strength training, and nutrition are all part of what we do here. Everything is built around longevity in jiu jitsu.
This community was ultimately created with women in mind. Specifically women in their perimenopausal and postmenopausal years who train, compete, and refuse to let hormonal shifts or recovery challenges take them off the mats.

Please note: ALL humans are welcome here… LGBTQIA+ people are welcome here, as well as men. It really doesn’t matter what your gender is as long as you have a body. Aging on the mats is real for everyone and the tools we use work across the board.
If you are a human in your 40s 50s + beyond who trains jiu jitsu and/or other combat sports, and want real support for your body and your longevity in BJJ, you are in the right place.
